Our History

Welcome to Eminteks, a family-owned business with a rich legacy that dates back to 1938 in Istanbul, Turkey. Our journey began in the textile industry, where we quickly grew to become one of the largest suppliers for renowned brands across Europe and the Middle East. Among our proudest achievements is our dedicated towel division, which played a pivotal role in establishing the esteemed reputation of “Turkish towels.” In fact, our bath towels have graced the home of Queen Elizabeth at the palace, a testament to the quality and craftsmanship that we uphold.
The values that guide Eminteks today stem from the business ethics instilled by our grandfather, a remarkable businessman whose dedication and integrity continue to inspire our work. As the company embraced the e-commerce landscape, we aimed to honor this legacy while adapting to the modern marketplace.

Eminteks thrives on the partnership between two visionary leaders. Ahmet Karamanlargil, a pioneer in the e-commerce industry, started his own online company in 2007. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep-rooted knowledge of trading have propelled Eminteks to new heights.

Derya Savaser complements this vision with a rich background in academia and corporate expertise. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and product development for leading brands, Derya has played pivotal roles in launching iconic products, including Coca-Cola’s flagship Coke Zero.
